New Weights

Well, I found my 2lb ankle weights to be unsatisfactory and after consulting the internet, two physical fitness teachers, and my senior sensei I moved onto 5lb weights.

Today was my obligatory 'rest' day, in which I only did arm and leg exercises.
Tomorrow morning I'm going to alter my crunch routine in order to hit all areas of my core in the pursuit of that six pack.

My diet, which use to consist of one iffy meal (usually half a bagel) and small junkfood snacks throughout the day is now being up'ed. I'm going to try to keep a schedule of salad for lunch (with soybeans as snacks throughout the day) and hopefully dinner. I refuse, however, to give up soda.

That being said, I noticed a new energy with my martial arts, but I crashed very hard afterwards. . .
